Our course vouchers are the perfect gift for anyone on your gift list who has specific interests and passions for learning.

Gift Vouchers

RHACC vouchers can go towards any of our courses as payment or partial payment when enrolling on a course. You can also purchase a voucher for items that can be bought from our Parkshot Gallery Shop. 

How to buy a voucher

In person: visit the reception desk during opening hours at Parkshot Campus or Hillcroft Campus
By phone: call 020 8891 5907 ext-4040 during opening hours
On-line: submit enquires to enrol@rhacc.ac.uk mailbox and the enrol team will contact you by phone

Vouchers can be redeemed in the following ways 

  • In person - present your voucher when you enrol
  • By post - include your voucher and provide payment for the balance if applicable
  • By phone - quote both the numbers on the front of the voucher

Terms and conditions

Vouchers are valid up to 31 July 2023 and can be used for any course that starts after 31 July 2023.
  • Vouchers are non–refundable and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Voucher can be used against any courses offered at RHACC.
  • RHACC is unable to give a partial refund if only some of the voucher amount is used. 
  • If the voucher is used as a partial payment and the course or item costs more than the value of the voucher then the remaining balance needs to be paid at the time of purchase.
  • RHACC cannot be held liable if vouchers are lost or stolen.
  • Should the course subsequently be cancelled, the voucher amount will be refunded as a credit valid for 12 months.
  • Should you choose to withdraw your enrolment from a course, any refund or credit will be in accordance with the Refund Policy.
  • Voucher needs to be presented at the time of purchase and can only be used once.
  • RHACC vouchers can only be used in one transaction and we are unable to refund or return any un-spent vouchers for smaller amounts.
